Xtreme Scream Park

Have been attending Xtreme Scream since 2015 and each year it gets worse. This year was the final straw and we definitely wont be wasting 66.00 on tickets and 24.00 on tasteless overpriced food in a group of 4 we were crammed in with other groups to eliminate the queue times, which resulted in us all doing some weird conga line through each of the mazes where maybe 3 or 4 actors were present. Same as the other negative reviews on here - we ended up seeing all of the scares on the people in front of us, so we were just walking around empty corridors waiting for it to be over. The animatronics didnt have time to reset so they just continued to play and didnt add to the scare at all. We came with friends we had mistakenly hyped the event up to. Personally think the first few years were awesome because they hadnt splashed out a ridiculous amount on the decor and animatronics - now it appears theyre trying to make up for the money by increasing ticket prices every year and selling as many as possible to make their money back and living off a scare-award they received for best Scream Park in 2016. (Theyve only won once since then, and that was for animatronics in 2018???) Boasting about something from 6 years ago when it was actually good. Take a look at the winners for other years on Scarecon - itll give you an idea of where is actually worth paying for.

The overall design and themes of the attractions was nice but they were all understaffed, the actors seemed tired and didnt make much effort to scare. Definetely not worth 35 pounds!!! Very disappointed

Went into this with no prior experience or expectations. Turned out to be a really cool and fun time! Queues are long but understandable, it's a really unique experience and worth the money.

Quality Halloween event! Worked here for 4 years and attended as a guest. Set pieces and theming of mazes never fails! Actors work hard and banter well with added scares from animatronics which is rare in this country! Worth a visit for atmosphere alone.

36 and you spend half the time walking around a muddy field. The scariest thing was the cost for a burger and chips with a bottle of fizzy drink. 15!
