Zero stars! Terrible phones especially the newer ones! I ordered for 130 the flip tt970 for my mother in December just gone as she prefers bigger buttons and a flip. The fact that this has whatsapp on it was a very attractive. Whilst its suppose to be a phone that's easy to use with large buttons and text.. WhatsApp is awful on it.. as its an app the text is soooo small youre unable to read it. This phone isn't built for whatapp as it shuts down so often, while using and doesn't restart for several minutes with a message that shows WhatsApp stopped, open app again.. 20 tries later you might get lucky and be able to use it!! I tried all updates of the app the phone and nothing helps. To top it off if my mother is on a WhatsApp call being her age she needs to have the phone to her ear. The phones touch screen is so sensitive she ends up adding people to the call through the whatsapp add particpant! Before you know it half her phone book is on the damm call. There's no way to turn the touch screen feature off or limit it for certain app or it's sooo far hidden you can't find it. No way to decrease the sensitivity! What a bad bad design flaw! Not worth 130.. 60 at best! Should've gone with doro phones.

Nice little phone (Jupiter 2) easy to use for my 90 year old mother-in-law. It came quickly, it was pretty cheap and we set it up with a Giff Gaff SIM in a few minutes. What more could we ask for? Actually, a more traditional ring tone would be good, oldies don't want fancy musical ones. Otherwise, 10/10.
