        I had to use this service on January 13, 2023(4 customers). She charged 120 for the distance(Stansted Airport), which normally costs 35-45. She stated that she would send us an invoice so that we would not object and that we could receive the entire fee from the train company with this invoice. But after talking to the train company i realized it was a scam. I will file a complaint with HMRC if my loss is not recovered as soon as possible.         I have used Seher`s Taxi service whilst an having very desperate situation back in last summer. Unfortunately sun express messed up our flight that we ended up landing on different airport than where we parked our car. Before we reached her out we called many taxi services and couldn't book any as it has had happened last time however even though it wasn't her covered area she accepted to take us from Stansted to Luton airport with a very acceptable cost. I was pregnant and very poorly. She comforted us that she will be there waiting for us ,There she was there waiting for us when we exited from airport. The journey with her made me so good because she was a caring person, She even offered some snack and water, ask me many times if i want to stop and have a break. I felt very calmed after our chat with her. And the main part was We had a very safe and smooth journey.
