Crystal Eyecare

Everyone at Crystal Eyecare are very helpful and really do care. Hansel will spend as much time that is needed to get the prescription you need spot on. He has even seen me in the passed, when I had an eye problem, at the end of the day when he had planned to leave early. More recently I have had new contact lenses which are extremely comfortable. Plus new glasses, the lenses needed tweaking which Hansel sorted without any problem. The frames also needed adjusting which everyone did a number of times until they were exactly right but not once did they make me feel I was a nuisance. They are a very friendly team who always welcome you with a smile Thank you to the team at Crystal Eyecare- sorry I can't remember all your names!

I've known Miriam for years & she has a great knack of picking out the right frames for me. Hansil is thorough & explains everything clearly & you can have a good chat too.

Very expensive place for glasses, Specsavers are much cheaper for glasses. I was going here for years with my mum to this opticians and always been expensive we been going to Specsavers for the last few years if you want cheaper glasses go to Specsavers.

Crystal Eye care opticians at Waltham Cross are excellent. You get great care, with all the relevant test done and everything explained. The optician, Hansel is very thorough and the staff really friendly and helpful.

The optician is very knowledgeable and professional in his approach and guidance. A generally nice bloke.
