Ive been to this repair shop for a long long time almost 8 years or so now, always speedy fixes and I also have a query on my IPhone XS MAX which I have recently dropped down my stairs, I have a thin green line on the right hand side of my screen and Im curious on the price for this to be fixed, I always have a case and screen protector, thanks.

You take them for granted until they don't work. Turned on my One plus 8 pro phone only to find the screen wouldn't open and the phone started uncontrollably vibrating. As we do i searched Google for a remedy without joy. Went to a local phone repair shop The Fone box thinking like we all do am I going to be stitched up, what is it going to cost? Well what a lovely bunch of guy they were very honest and said that as its not a main string phone parts might not be easy to get along with being pricey. Fabio one of the owners said leave the phone with me we will look over it, I asked how much? To my surprise I was told there isn't a charge to investigate the faults. I got a phone call later in the day from Fabio to tell me they can confirm the items that were not faulty and to pick the phone up. On arriving Fabio went though all the test they had undertaken and said that there was one option available I believe he called it hard reboot at a cost of 20 Fabio was very honest and in no way pushed it and gave me what he thought the chances of success were. 30 mins later my phone was working. Very impressed with the honesty, professionalism and customer service. The place to go if your in trouble Thank you Gavin
