Same. Call for apoitment. Wait 45 minutes. Explain my problem. Get call back from pharmacy no test nothing. Antibiotics been send in Boots and if I still fell no well have to call back. Its discusting every time same. Even for my 4 years old chald can't get apoitment with doctor. Everything get worse and worse. Have to change back its not covid anymore.

The worst receptionist in my NHS experience they did not respect you also decided about your sickness and they did not let you go to see your doctor. This is my first visit and my last.
