Excellent customer service. Harry behind the counter spent a good amount of time helping me find the best replacement for my unconventional sink fitting. Have already recommended them to my friends for their plumbing needs.

Bought radiator from wolseley. There customer care service was not helpful at all. After unpacking the Radiator it had dent very bottom at the side, which I accepted as it was fairly small. After plumber had hung the radiator and run water thru the rad it started hissing and spraying water. Luckily the plummer was able to seal the spray. Called wolseley they where not interested in my call and was told nothing they could do about the problem. I'm glad I never put my other order in with them for 4 new radiators as having house redecorated..

Didn't have what I wanted, staff didn't pay full attention to me, nor did they wear a mask throughout, although behind a shield I still expect professionalism.
