        The removals went well and the company respond quickly to queries. I would have awarded 5 stars but for the fact that a strange assortment of items failed to appear at our new home. The company described how their systems were designed to prevent such things and the insurance cover gave us value minus wear and tear. However the losses included parts of wedding presents etc and no allowance is made for that.

        Awful!! I set up a zoom call for a quote. The assistant asked me why Im moving and made a few other remarks which I found quite intrusive. By the end of the call I said Im not interested in their service and he asked me what am I doing instead- I explained it doesnt need to know. After the call I received a quote from them anyway even after explaining Im not interested. Also, this company gave my details to a money exchange company that have contacted me via telephone and have already sent me 2 emails- even after I said Im not interested in this too. Im feeling harassed!!! This company is really quite terrible and I regret contacting them in the first place.
