        as someone who rarely leaves reviews, I just had to give thanks to the wonderful Luca! I often get overwhelmed and extremely stressed when trying to book holidays however we made the wise decision of going through Luca. The customer service he provides is truly superb and was more than happy to help any enquires no matter what. going above and beyond for me and the wife. looking forward to our holiday with the comfort of knowing if there are any concerns then he is the one to help. honestly, could not thank him enough. I do hope he is rewarded as we could not have done it without him. kind regards Larry and Julie
