Keech Hospice Care Charity Shop, Waltham Cross

Just came in to have a look around and then I was getting myself to out of the door after having a quick look around there were people in my way so I said sorry as I was rushing by and the manager I believed who works here yells like I think it was "DON'T YOU EVER PUSH ME!" I was stund I didn't know what I did wrong I almost felt like I was gonna cry but I didn't luckily but I did show my autism badge and the manager was ok after that so I would never would rather come back here again not even for quite sometime

As someone who has shopped in this charity since it opened, I was delighted to see it open once more after it had been closed. However, on going in yesterday on its first day open after lockdown I was rather shocked as to the change that has happened with regard to the layout and quite frankly the shop looked a mess and everything had been crammed into the shop. You couldn't move to look at the furniture which had been piled into the side which used to occupy where the clothing was. I wanted to look in a cabinet that was for sale but everything was rammed up against it. The shelves which had the China on were so overloaded I was frightened to touch anything. The prices were astronomical and the delivery charge for something was more than the price of the item! The shop used to look so inviting , something was definitely lacking and it no longer had that inviting feel about it. The woman behind the till looked stressed . She must have been New as I have never seen her before and seemed a bit of a misery guts! Nothing like it used to be , such a shame as I enjoyed going in here and chatting to the friendly staff. Puts me right off going back!
