        Very welcoming and friendly staff, bringing the jewellery to show me as I am disabled and need to sit down. I wanted some charms soldered onto my charm bracelet and wanted to buy another one too. As I bought a little 9ct gold elephant charm and have used this store before; they were happy to waive the cost of jump rings needed and solder the other charms for a discount. A thoroughly enjoyable shopping experience with good value for money I would recommend them to anyone.

        Went there yesterday to buy a necklace. Saw a few in the display window but one of the staff came to offer her assistance by bringing others close to my choice out from within, allowing me more options to choose from. Went there today to purchase my preferred choice. Staff are very helpful and pleasant.
