I DO NOT Recommend this Doctor Surgery to anyone...... How on earth have you got my Medical records wrong because Social surfaces that am 40 Year old and with autism and can not look after myself how dare you lot say this about myself am also sending this as a complaint to the NHS because what if you down this to another Patient god for bid you give the wrong medication and kill someone that well be down to you lot or make them ill even though I not being picking the phone you lot made me very annoyed you stop my medication and didn't have many left and you lot stopped my medication couldn't speak to anyone as I would have made it worse of you lot did fix what I put in this email you lot are in so much trouble given the wrong information out plus stopping medication this Doctor sugery us going down hill you lot need new Management Clearly her or she can not do they're jobs properly you should be looking afrer us not trying to kill us off and very annoyed with this Doctor surgery in a day or 2 am also sending this the NHS and emailing them because am worry incase you get someone ease info wrong all our Patient record should be upto Date am 30 years not 40 and do not have what you told Social Surfaces even they're going to have a word with you lot also if this happens again am changing my doc surgery to Abbey Road Sugery because you lot being rude and have not down your jobs properly and needs new management And when I send in a complaint about this they're not down nothing about it so if they're had 0 star I would give them that

Terrible - new patient here no care- I left my old doctors of 20 years to come to such a shambles of a place lady on reception so dismissive of any concern .. go here at your peril

My partner has been hospitalised twice because this gp is incapable and refuse meds prescriptions from hospital to the patient my partner has now gone down hill this surgery needs to be closed down and I'm taking it personally 4 months have passed since my last review no change still ignoring patient needs and hospital prescription's. Update again this gp refused treatment on patient no doctor oath kept always a excuse to not do anything. This is a update to the incompetence they now not only ignoring hospital prescriptions but ignoring health visitors.

The reception staff think they own the place then talk to you like your a kid . Prescriptions are not done in time . Every week I have to phone up and chase them up and sometimes have to go to the pharmacy 2 times when Im and Im a very ill man and have to get cabs back and forth to the pharmacy. Then they talk to you like your in the wrong and talk as if you dont know what you talking about . I never receive emails and always have to chase them up for scripts to be signed and sent off . Time after time the script is not there when I attend the pharmacy on a Thursday . You would think they would send it on a Wednesday so its there for the Thursday . Sometimes I dont get my meds till 4pm and I am to take it first thing in the morning as I cant function properly without them . This doctors needs a shake up and a wake up call .
