        The delta group has a terrible working environment for warehouse workers, with demanding working hours, with no incentive or appreciation. constant blame shifting. mangers not being held accountable for departments failures / bad performances, and the lower ranked staff always sacrificed to the bosses. A extremely biased HR department. Department heads holding back and preventing hard working staff to progress up the company for their own selfish needs. too many with pointless titles. The company also has a culture of toxic masculinity with many middle aged married male office staff grooming the younger eastern European warehouse workers into affairs over the years.
