I can say this one js most friendliest library I have ever visited which really gives you a warm welcome. Been there today with kids, had free coffee with biscuits, kids did drawings and read lovely books in cozy environment. They even left you borrow expensive magazines for a week which I didn't see in any other library. Staff always have smile in their faces. will always pop in while visiting waltham cross.

A quiet, neat local library with very helpful and friendly staff. They have walked us though the registration process and answered all the questions.
