I am very disappointed with some employees who work here! You have an appointment and when you arrive, you find out that another colleague of theirs forgot to tell you something when they made your appointment, then they schedule you the following week and so on! Or you have certain health problems and you are told in a nonchalant tone that they don't care about your problem, and this from a person past his prime! I would like those who work at this company to speak warmly to the people who need their help and not treat them with coldness and indifference!!

Hannah and another worker here (forgot her name sorry ) has gone above and beyond to help me and give me information I never knew about surrounding a new job opportunity. They were both fantastic felt helped and informed which I've never felt before with a work coach. They are both amazing thank you again..

The most soul crushing experience ever. I don't think staff are trained to deal with people with mental health issues let alone take into account the struggles of the unemployed. There are measures in place to protect the safety and security of workers in the form of guards but nothing is done to protect the mental wellbeing of claimants against the micro-aggressions of staff. I think more awareness is needed to provide services for people who are vulnerable. This is especially the case in light of the current cost of living crisis. Claimants are not your "customers". You are there to provide a public service. But unfortunately, workers represent the interests of government rather than the general public. The DWP in general need to shape policies in regards to these services.
