Only left it one star to leave a review! My partner has been to collect a delivery from here today and to think they are going to resell the food on is making me feel sick! He has shown me pictures of the pallets he collected, decorated previously frozen goods which are to be frozen again, boxes opened, rats or some kind of animals gotten into the pallets, items outside on the yard uncovered getting snowed on. Absolutely disgusting to think that is now going elsewhere for someone else to sell when it shouldn't even be sold as pet food!

First time customer. Placed an 41 order with them for delivery. Failed delivered on 3 occasions. Not answering the telephone - voice mail all the time and not responding to emails. Still no delivery or food. So I visited the supplier to collect my order or ask for a refund. They apologised for what had happened. They only deliver to my area once every 2 weeks and I had missed the day for delivery. To make up for my inconvenience, they gave me a whole box of sausages. Should I reorder food, it would be best to collect my food order myself.

GREAT PRODUCTS AND GREAT VALUE! I place my orders on line and usually receive my delivery within 2 days. Brook House Foods' sausages are ridiculously good!! I have also purchased Brook House Foods sausages from J J Fast Food Service outlets (Collection & Delivery). Although, they do not currently offer the full range. Not sure which other supermarkets the Brook House Foods sausages are available in. We have been ordering sausages and other products from Brook House Foods for over a year now. One of our family favs is the jumbo sized Beef Cumberland sausages (SIZE 4), after having tried them in a restaurant and the chef disclosed to us that they were from Brook House Foods. There are 40 Jumbo sausages in a box! Great Value and Great Taste! Have to say though, was kind of forced into doing a bbq because their sausages are massive and so are their spare ribs! The manufacturers and wholesalers are an ideal place to shop for larger families. However, we only found out about Brook House Foods full ranges after contacting them directly, as not all the ranges are available yet through their website. Glad I did though because their Beef Cumberland sausages and Lamb sausages are pretty awesome. Since discovering this brand, our family have become sausage connoisseurs! lol... We used to think that this brand is pretty undercover but after carrying out a bit of research, it seems that, if you've eaten from any high quality food outlet that sell sausages, chances are, that it was a Brook House Foods sausage and you didn't even know it! Would definitely recommend any of the Brook House Foods Sausage range. It's great that you can purchase direct from a manufacturer these days. GREAT PRODUCTS AND GREAT VALUE.
