Waltham cross post office is a joke! Each time i have gone i have waited over an hour in the que because only one person is working !!. And the staff have no rush to serve the customers they sort out parcels instead and leave people queing. Not wasting my time no more there.

What an absolute joke the Waltham Cross branch has 2 young members of staff that refure you to the website for anything apart from paying for something, the post office only has 1 till open out of 6 with 1 and a half hour queue of 30 people. Again complain and your refured to their website. If they can't be bothered with customers then they should shut the place down and do one. And as for the reply that something would be done about the lack of staff at the post office that's absolutely nonsense because there have been same complaints from months ago and nothing has been done about it. 1 till open and 30 people waiting over an hour. If you can't handle it don't take on the franchise.
