        Been getting steadily worse over the last year or so. Formerly a professional and pleasant coffee shop with experienced staff, it's now chaotic and messy with an inconsistent quality of coffee. While there are still a couple of excellent members of staff (July improves everything when she's there), it's no longer somewhere I would recommend.

        Dear God where do I start? Although not particularly busy, I had to wait 10 mins while the slowest, clueless and very incompetent staff made me the very worst Americano I have ever had. The barista 3/4 filled the cold cup with hot water and added the tiniest amount of coffee - just so it was coffee COLOURED rather than coffee FLAVOURED. The interior of the coffee shop, with its brown plastic tables and 90s decor was depressing. Awful in every way.
