The Breakfast Bar

Its a lovely welcoming place a little bit pricey but worth it for a treat. Food is always fresh. They are accommodating and the nostalgic atmosphere is lovely. I've been a good few times now and never been dissapointed. Cash only people. So my last visit we had to wait ages for our food. Maybe because we were a large group of 10. But it was too long a wait and our compensation was a bowl of chips on the house when I asked of we could have a free round of drinks as all our drinks were finished way before our good arrived. Dissapointed.

Came here for the first time since the pandemic as it used to be fantastic but now the portions have got smaller while they have hiked up their prices. Now I understand there is a cost of living crisis and everything is going up but to also make your portions smaller is not okay. This place used to be packed on a Saturday morning but it was empty, no one is going to pay 13 for a breakfast, 10 for a tiny wrap that doesnt even come with chips. Sad to see it go like this as they really did used to be great, sadly I will not ever be returning as did most of the other customers in the cafe say the same.
