This branch has gone down hill in the last 6 months. Counter staff used to be lovely particularly Bridgitt who was so polite, cheerful and very helpful. Not bring able to get into branch I phoned up and asked a question. I was told all the information was online that I needed. I then said I didn't have access at the current time online and the person huffed and puffed , told me should would have to go and get the information. I felt like it was an inconvenience. When she finally told me the answer to the question, I said to her that she was not very polite and her attitude was poor. She said 'i've given you all the information you need , your not very polite either.' I asked to be put through to the manager ....she told me she was the manager! Being a manager and an ambassador for your company you should not speak to people in this fashion and need a lesson in diplomacy and courtesy! Absolutely disgusting

I have been coming to this Branch for over 30 yrs. The staff have been amazing sorting things out for me with so much help and kindness. Although staff has changed over the years, it is lovely that the same e helpfulness and kindness is still there
