the team completed a full renovation of our flat. With 30 years of neglect the works required were extensive including a full rewire, replaster, new kitchen, bathroom and carpets. Upgrade property were fantastic from start to finish very promptly came when a said dealt with the tenants as its a rented property of mine were a lot more reasonable than a previous quote that I had will recommend them highly to anyone ."thank.

upgrade team arrived on the day agreed to carry out various works on my property including the drainage, changing the downstairs toilet and removing and old roof and relaying a new one. Majority of the work was carried out by the same people which for me was great! Everything came in a budget and i asked for a few extra jobs to be carried out as the works were being done, Shaun and Jason were happy to make sure these were all done. I would highly recommend Shaun and his team and will be using again to re do my bathroom. Thanks again guys!
