DISCOUNT PLANS LTD - Architectural design studio

Our project was converting a Victorian terrace 1st floor, 1 bed, 1 bath flat into a 2 storey, 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat via carrying out a dorma loft extension. The end results where amazing and helped to create a bright and airy flat that we sold a year after completion for the price we wanted. John really knows his stuff and when you call to ask a question you will most certainly get the answer and some helpful guidance on what to do next. Great bloke, great price and an overall efficient service that delivered exactly what I was after in the timescales I needed it by.

We retained Discount Plans Ltd for the refurbishment and involving planning permission for our flat in a north London conservation area. Going with DPL was our best decision by far. Everything was super smooth: from the measured survey and the timely production and review of plans, to the Design & Access statement and their plans submission service. We simply didnt have the time nor the knowledge to do this ourselves on our own. John has been involved from start to finish, he has been available when needed and is very responsive. Super nice to work with. DPL are very competitive for what is a top quality service. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Discount Plans Ltd, who provided an exceptional architectural service for the design and planning of a new loft and kitchen extension. One of the other things I appreciated most about working with Discount Plans Ltd was their ability to manage the entire end to end process from the design of architectural drawings to the submission of engineering drawings to building control. John managed the entire process which came across seamlessly and really took out the 'faff' if I had to do this myself.
