I am of an age where arthritis is an inevitable part of my everyday life the main area concentrated in my hands. I have also recently developed inflammation in the tendons around my wrist causing me a great deal of discomfort. After consultations with Sam, she has been very successful in creating a soothing and beneficial balm which I apply to the areas morning and night bringing me considerable relief from discomfort enabling me to continue with relatively normal day to day activities. Sam and her aromatherapy expertise has been a Godsend and I highly recommend.

Following an initial consultation to help with a back injury almost 10 years ago, Sam has become a vital element of my ongoing health and well-being routine. Her massage therapy skills can be relied upon to seek out and remedy those stubborn areas, even those I never realised were about to become problematic! Sam is brilliant. Her sports massage treatments resolved my problems and the occasional treatment keeps them at bay. Lovely facial massages as well. Can't recommend her enough.
