On May 6, 2021, I bought a red Citroen C4 Grand Picasso 2011, registration number VN61JXD. I paid 2,400 for it, 1,400 on a credit card and 1,000 on a debit card. I bought the car from the COMPANY "S and C CARS" represented by Chris. When I bought the car, I asked Chris what problems the car has and he said that there are no problems except the trunk sometimes closes, sometimes not, he said nothing about the problem with the automatic transmission. 05/15/2021 I was going to the city with my family and my car stalled in the middle of the parking lot and I could not move it, which prevented the neighbors from entering and leaving the parking lot. I did an emergency AA Membership for 115 pounds and in a short time came an AA Specialist who did a computer diagnostics and said that my car had a broken gearbox and would need about 2000 pounds to fix it. I found out that the seller was obliged to take the car within a month and repair it or return the money, and we decided to send the car back to the seller. About an hour later, a tow truck from "GRS Breakdown recovery" arrived, he took the car, I looked on the Internet and found information that the seller opens the next day at 10.00 and decided that they would keep the car with them and the next day they would call the seller and bring the car for him. I called the salesman but the phone was disconnected. The next day I was unable to call the salesperson because I worked. Around noon I got a call from "GRS" and said that the seller refused to take the car. I called the seller and said that I found out that according to the law he must pick up the car, to which he replied "IT DOESN'T REALLY WORK" I told him that I do not trust him already and I want to return my money to which he did not agree and did not give for me to finish, I said "listen to me please" and he turned off the phone. I called him 2 more times but he didn't answer. "GRS" said that they would return the car to me, but I said that it would be difficult to put it in the parking lot because it does not move and asked to hold it for one more day because the next day I will go to the police and maybe they will tell you what to do. After some time, "GRS" called me and said that the seller would take the car the next day. I sent him an official letter and asked to return the money to me, if he does not return, I will follow the law. I will go through all the stages and write additionally about each stage, and if he wants to do the same with someone else, they will know what to do. DON'T TRUST HIM. I received all my many back through CREDIT CARD DISPUTE, Thank you LLOYDS BANK. DONT TRUST THIS SELLER!
