I'was highly satisfied because my cat tried getting out off his cat carrier box trying to escape and I act to by a bigger cat carrier box and he had his 2 year check up and vaccines as well I would like to say thank you for helping me

We had to have our dog put down and I was so disappointed and angry about the way the vets were dealing with her. My dog was deaf and blind and was panicky and they were so insensitive and more interested in trying to sell us a casket for her ashes even before she was dead. It was the worst experience ever. One of the vets was totally unemotional. I asked them to be a bit more kinder as for them it happens all the time but for us its a traumatic experience. My daughter now has to live with the wrong memory, instead of her going peacefully she just remembers it as the opposite. She is traumatised! So angry!

Our lady - Alina, I believe I remembered correctly - she was amazing. She explain everything. She was patient and she was more than happy to answer to all my question. My cat is getting really nervous at the vet so she recommended to get some calming pills before visit - none of any vet advise me to do that before. She was really nice and patient. I definitely will recommend this place and come back if needed.

Since getting our beloved dog Dougie care and treatment has been fantastic, up until recently when consultations have been taking place in the waiting room, rather than private rooms. Which I would otherwise be fine with, up until today when a veterinary nurse suggested that mine and my partner's 'anxieties' were the reason for my dog's change in temperament towards other dogs since his castration. In a public waiting room, with people paying and waiting to be seen. I felt very embarrassed and thought this was an unprofessional and unthoughtful response in such a setting. I actually felt much more anxious having such a conversation, than I have ever been on a dog walk. Pricing is also exceedingly higher than other vets4pets we have visited as well as other vets in the Waltham Abbey area. This has not made it easy for animal owners during the current climate crisis, and considering the amount of people that use this vets service and it's central location, pricing should be re-strategised to suit the number of service users. We will therefore be looking elsewhere for future treatment.

Everyone was very professional & knowledgeable. Having taken my cat to another vet first I was very impressed with your vets speedy diagnosis of his injury. Plus whilst all the private vet fees seem astronomical to me at least Vets4pets are somewhat cheaper.
