The Placement Group

The placement group is a company like no other! I have worked here for around a month and a half and can honestly say its a dream. My manager Alex is supportive, caring and treats her team with the upmost of respect. After making a complete career change, I have never felt more at ease. Senior members of staff are respectful, approachable and well rounded characters. Alex is a one of a kind manager who truly listens and has genuine intentions for her team. Im excited to continue my journey within recruitment and work along side some very talented people. Thank you Alex, Steve, Laurie and Ed for making me a part of this team!

I have worked at The Placement Group for 3 months now and i already feel at home here. I love my job and with the great leadership of my manager Alex and also the culture within our resourcing team, it really does make it a pleasure to come to work. We are a close knit team who make life at work fun and enjoyable, whilst also getting the job done. I feel supported and inspired to go on and continue to grow my skill set and understanding the wider recruitment business at a much higher level - I come from a lively, sales background and working for the group has allowed my to transfer my skills and put them to good use as a resourcer, looking after a wide range of medical professionals across the UK. Very special thank you again to Alex, Laurie, Steve and Ed for the opportunity. I cant imagine working anywhere else now!
