        By fair the worse staff I have ever come across, they are rule obnoxious and make you feel like that you should not even be there, the staff totally ignore you, if they are not talking to each other or are on their telephone, I have never come across such terrible customer service, I would advise no one to use them.

        Extremely bad customer service-Indian lady. I was very disappointed, I am not allowed to deposit the coins into my account, only note accepted, make me wonder whether the coins is money or not? To the Indian lady who served me today please dont do the jobs if you not happy, lets treat people as nice as you wanted to be please

        Extremely rude staff, shouting orders, absolutely awful branch. They answer your queries by being patronising. Unfortunately, the only post office in Waltham Abbey.
