Absolutely horrific pharmacy I would give zero stars if I could. Medication is often lost in the mess behind the till. Without going into complete detail medication is often lost and or missing, the queue for prescription is always out the door and the reception from the male pharmacist is horrendous. I feel so so sorry for his staff they are run ragged and he is very rude and unhelpful. My daughter has a sever lung condition and its been so stressful trying to organise her meds through this pharmacy. If you can steer clear from this pharmacy, it might even help the poor staff who have to run around picking the pieces out a bit

Terrible chemist. Always loads of people waiting for medication. Went and waited 40 minutes to be told medicine wasn't in stock. Fair enough. Returned 3 days later 45 minutes before they shut. Waited 20 minutes to be told I wouldn't be getting seen even though the shop didn't shut for another 25 minutes because there was 14, yes 14 people in front of me. Its like this every single day. Travelling 5 miles to a different chemist now.

Only queued up for 1 hour 10 minutes They had to lock people outside ! Never answer the phone either Now changed my pharmacy

Dreadfully slow and unreliable service. Queues are often over the width of Sun St outside the shop ! Will have to change
