The Groom Room Waltham Abbey

Weve never had a problem before and our dogs used to like the experience. This time however, they came home in pain, our eldest has arthritis but deals with it with minimal meds. She is now on full pain meds, it looks like they must have held her paws down to cut the nails - we Watched the youngest girl try and brush her, she has thick hair, she was pulling the comb through with no thought to the dog crying, our boy then got bought out and he tried to get to his sister, but got dragged sideways to pull him away. We have always given them top marks but their new girls are NOT dog friendly, its been 10 days now and our girl can hardly walk still!!!

Fantastic!! Was very nervous taking my dog here, but thankfully Rhiannon was amazing, lovely groomer, very attentive and made my dog at ease, can't wait for her next groom! Brilliant V.I.P package which includes teeth brushed!! Amazing service! ...definitely recommend!!

Absolutely disgusting staff, rude, unhelpful and not even very good at grooming. Charge 50 for a substandard groom, dogs fur isnt even properly dry and smells

Took my 8 year old labradoodle- he is a very big dog with big hair and temperamental in character. I am so impressed, Emma cut him beautifully and he came out calm and happy. Will definitely use them again.
