    Started with hiitbeat back in November 2017 and apart from the rare and the uncontrollable I have trained consistently. Targets are discussed with Leon and goals achieved. Its a progress not perfection environment with no ego. Work hard and get results, consistency is key! Make one day, day one! Come down to the studio and get after it!

    Have been a member at Hiit Beat for 1 year now. And I never thought I would last that long. To say iv tried gym's & classes is an under statement. I always felt i was being judged and just didnt have the right physique to be there. However, Hiit Beat has a different vibe. I'm so pleased that a friend got me to go. The trainers are helpful, friendly & encouraging, and the same goes for all the members. Would highly recommend

    I recently completed the 6 week challenge, having never really trained consistently and wanting to shed weight and build strength at the same time. During this period, I was given a meal plan and trained 5 days a week to end up losing 4kg and 4inches off my waist!! Training at HiitBeat through a combination of Build, Burn and Box sessions has been amazing and more importantly the encouragement and excellent training sessions you receive from Leon, Owen, Michaela and the rest of the team is second to none! The process is fun, social, enjoyable and you see real results! I'd highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel physically but also mentally good!

    Leon and the Team have helped me through a great journey in fitness. Depending on mood, energy and even hormone levels, theres a class available. Im not from England and there is a real sense of community in the gym, if you want that. If you dont then thats fine too. Really a space where everyone is welcome. I wasnt a fitness fan before but having joined in March 2018, I havent looked back. Highly recommend giving the free session a go.
