He gave proffessional ,transparent customer service, he dropped me to the station after my test drive took him past his finishing time.         This is the second time now I have used Glen Hopkin, StAlbans and now Waltham Abbey and well pleased with both. But must add, that Waltham Abbey went well beyond the help that I needed, and thank them from the bottom of my heart.
