        I was met by Mohammed Akram {MAC} he looked after me from the begining to my purchase of my new Nissan Juke car. He gave proffessional ,transparent customer service, he dropped me to the station after my test drive took him past his finishing time.         This is the second time now I have used Glen Hopkin, StAlbans and now Waltham Abbey and well pleased with both. But must add, that Waltham Abbey went well beyond the help that I needed, and thank them from the bottom of my heart.
