        They are thieves!!! They took my deposit and the landlord (Fahad Raihan Miah) stole my belonging for more than 4000 !!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!

        I am a landlord and the earlier comment about Christopher Marks happened a long time ago (more than 3 years). I had rent guarantee with CM and Isabelle had defaulted for many months. They covered my payments for 10 months out of pocket. I chose to evict Isabelle and this was referred to High Court baliffs. It put me in debt. Whilst being evicted, Isabelle left all her items on the street (some overnight). This was stolen and Isabelle knew for months the eviction was going to happen. When she moved out I found the electricty had been rigged to get free electricty. Thames water was owed over 800 (bill was in my name). She was meant to be evicted in January. I was busy and she left in Autumn- Christooher Marks covered me all that time. I didn't realise she was not paying her rent. I took this time to leave this review as the previous comment is misleading. Everything is documented.
