        The team was able to diagnose my knee issue immediately. They were able to explain exactly why I was feeling the pain and how it could be fixed. One of the best physio I've ever been to! Highly recommend!

        Ive had an exceptional experience with HMG. From the moment you walk in, you are graced with warm company. Then you go through a thorough physiotherapy session. Each time I leave the clinic, I feel that one step closer to full recovery. Definitely would recommend!

        Being a personal trainer for many years with plenty of rehab exercise knowledge , I thought I could always fix myself but after a few months of trying with not much success I decided to give HMG Physio a try . Within one visit my lower back , hip & glute issues was feeling better, after second visit, I felt so much relief in that area .. looking forward to my next appointment with my then .

        I came in for an appointment with Dr Jodie 1 week ago, having been suffering with back pain for quite some time. Ive seen a drastic improvement in the space of 1 week already. Dr Jodie was incredibly efficient in assessing my issues & putting a program in place to get me right again. If youre suffering with pain & dont know where to turn, I couldnt recommend HMG enough. 10/10.
