I have worked with Blue River for 2 years now, I would definitely recommend it to all who need Home Care for themselves or their loved ones. Clients, Relatives and staff are treated with respect. I've been working for Blue River Home Care for the last 4 years and can confidently say that this is The Best care company you can work for. They treat staff and customers with dignity and respect and are always trying to do everything possible to help any time whenever you need. They always answer the phone and it is so easy to talk to. My managers would go out of their way to make sure that staff is well, safe and happy and this motivates us to provide excellent service and make a difference. I cannot recommend them any higher to everyone looking for social care work or support at home.

I was employed by Blue River as a live-in carer for over a year. Very good working conditions and real attention to your needs wherever you are deployed as a carer. I had a great autonomy in the workplace and freedom of choice. The payment was fair and regular. Also, during my work with them they provided me with lots of additional courses in nursing and care. So, you will get a real chance to upgrade your proficiency and qualifications if you are ambitious. They are real professionals and I am thankful for providing me with that great experience and their friendly approach.

A very professional organisation. My mother was receiving daily care visits for a few months and then we switched to 24 hour live in care for nearly two years now. They are flexible to fit in with our needs and have been a 'Godsend' to us. We are very lucky to have found such a highly competent organisation, going far and beyond to help and support my mother. The office and live in carers are extremely competent, responsible and very supportive of me as well as my mother. Very highly recommended.
