My dealings were withSam Nelson the branch manager of Kings Waltham Abbey. I received a high quality of service from the beginning. He arrived on time and was very approachable, listening to my concerns and responding in astraightforward manner withalevel ofknowledge which was reassuring. I was presented with a really professional information pack which was interesting and informative. There was no sense of pressure and the whole experience was supportive with an offer for me to contact at any time with any questions I mighthave. I did contact the office on a couple of occasions and the staff at Kings were also pleasant and helpful by letting me know when I might expect Sam Nelson to be available and on these occasionsI received a call from Sam within the statedtimeframe. Given the enormity of property decisions it is essential to have reliable, approachable, supportive professionals during this time and this was my experience of Kings so without doubt I would highly recommend.

Priscilla at kings estate agents is AMAZING! Such a kind, friendly & polite young woman. Shes been so helpful during mine & my husbands search. Even though we found a property through another estate agent she still congratulated us & said if you ever need help or advice with anything please dont hesitate to ring me which I thought was so so kind of her! She deserves a medal & recognition! Would definitely recommend kings to my friends & family just because of Priscilla! Thankyou for everything!

Having just viewed a property with Priscilla we were so impressed with her approach to showing us around and also her patience as we analysed everything! Whilst being very professional she did not make us feel pressured in any way, which helped us to make our final decision to put an offer in.
