Lea Valley Drainage Services

We used Lea Valley Drainage Services for a house that we rent out in Kelvedon Hatch Brentwood. When using a trade on a rental property its always important that the people attending are courteous, efficient, on time and of course do a good job. Ricky is a drainage hero! We were having issues with a blocked drain underneath our house and had called another drainage company to fix it. They were unable to unblock the pipe so we called Ricky for a second opinion. From the start it was clear that Ricky was far more knowledgeable than the previous guy we had spoken to. Within a couple of hours Ricky and his team of guys had dug up our gulley, done a camera survey, sorted out the blockage and neatly re-built our gulley. We cant recommend Ricky highly enough!

Failed promises to do the work, not turning up or calling with updates. Wasted days waiting on them of which I informed them that I was unhappy. I will not be recommending them on this basis.
