I had my rear extension done by contemporary renovations, very impressed with the service. I was looking for a high standard and thats exactly what they delivered, Very professional in their work. I would highly recommend this company for any renovation works.

Jay removed a load bearing wall between kitchen and dining room including putting in a new steel, boxing in and making good. He put up a new wall between dinning room and front room to create a snug, blocked up an old doorway, put in a new doorway and plastered walls and ceilings. Rads were also moved and new ceiling lights installed. I couldnt recommend Jay highly enough. The works came in on time and as quoted. He always turned up when he said he would and worked around the clock for us, even working through bank holidays. The work was completed to a really good standard and he was always thinking about ways of making the space safe and clean for my family. He was really professional but also really friendly, which is important when you have the family around. Thanks for all the hard work Jay, we really appreciated it and love the new space.

We used contemporary renovations to build us a summer house at the rear of the garden. Fantastic job we are over the moon with the result. Has given us another room to the house for a reasonable cost. Thank you Jay an team.
