After investing in a new racket and realising it was the biggest mistake ever, I took a chance and found Sam on google to see if he could do a miracle. I explained the new racket seemed to have no power and was setting off my tennis elbow with huge vibrations, and he suggested a few changes to the strings and grip. Just a few hours later it was done and I was back on the courts. What a difference!! It was as if i was playing with a brand new racket: Double the power and no unwanted vibrations through the racket. He even painted the 'Babolat' symbol on the new strings which he didnt have to do. Just wanted to say a huge thankyou Sam. Not only did you provide an excellent, friendly service, but your honesty, knowledge and customer service was much appreciated! Highly recommend!

Dropped my racket off for re-stringing and replacement grip, all done with in 24hr. I collected my racket and Im very pleased with the new stinging and grip. Great service and thank you to Sam
