    This company has the most rude, unhelpful and aggressive customer service team I have ever encountered. Deliveries can go wrong, we have all been there. But to handle a customer with such rudeness is a disgrace. I do hope organisations will consider this when choosing a logistics company and employers when recruiting ( or keeping) staff. What a sad world you create Pinnacle Logistics!

    Retailers - beware - do not use this company if you want happy customers. I dealt with this company to organise the delivery of some furniture. Ahead of the delivery, the office contacts could not have been more vague about where the order was or when it would be delivered. Once the delivery was finalised, the real fun started. The company sends you an email with a delivery slot to confirm (ours was from 8am). When you respond (which can only be done by email), the business arbitrarily sends you a different slot (starting at 7am in our case). When we then missed this slot (go figure) by 10 minutes, we were told we must pay 150+VAT for a redelivery! Frankly, I'm amazed companies like this can still exist in the modern age. I'm very happy to give one star because, when they did arrive, the drivers were really good and helpful - thank you to them for their customer service.
