Bought some voucher for a daily trip to Southampton Christmas Market on Groupon, where I got the chance to book any date and time in December. Once I made the booking I realised I didn't get much information about it. So I started to call them to get info. No answer, kept leaving voice message, no one ever called me back. Then I contacted Groupon to get some assistance and they gave me different number to contact. No answer, so I wrote a text message to one of those mobiles, and the only reply I had was that the market was on only on the 14th of December, sent an email to get the refund from them, but guess what? No reply. Annoyed about the lack of customer service and answers from there I went back to Groupon to ask for a refund. Disappointing

Absolutely horrible service. Never use them. We bought tickets for 8 people and they didnt show. When we called, the guy hung up on us! Disgusting attitude.

Booked a 16 seater for a wedding. When I phoned to confirm a few days before I was told that there was no note of a return trip and the person who had arranged the booking had left the company. On the day a mini bus arrived which was very dirty and and unsafe with windows taped up. The driver also had a passenger with him who took up the front seat which only left 15 in the back. Luckily 2 passengers could not travel. On route 45 minutes into the journey the driver needed to stop to go to the toilet, whilst we were getting closer to the time of our wedding. On the return journey we then had to fill up with petrol which could have been done while we were at the reception. This was not a good experience from a company that has been established for a number of years. Very disappointed would not recommend them or use them again.
