Ive just joined on as a monthly member after doing the 6 week transformation package and I love it. Great people, great enviroment and makes working out fun again! Highly recommend

Joined almost 6 weeks ago, after fab reviews from friends in different locations both raved about it, so decided to give it a go after frustrations with the gym. Absolutely love it, everyone is so friendly and encouraging it's a good work out, never the same and the thinking is done for you, which means full on active sessions. Deb is the main instructor I've been with and I love her attitude and having been in the gym for years she has corrected so many of bad habits that I wasnt even aware of, she has her eye on everyone and makes the sessions so much fun with her personality. I would really recommend it and this is from someone that rarely does reviews.
