I recently needed to board my dog for the first time. Jack allowed me to visit and view the kennels beforehand. Having met Jack put me at great ease as I could clearly see his devotion to dogs. Jack was so understanding and accommodating to my situation with flexible check-in and collection times. Nothing was too much trouble for my little one. Thank you so much to Jack and his team for looking after my little C so well while she was in your care.

Can't recommend avey Lane enough. Left my big pooch with Jack for a few days and she was more than happy you can see jacks passion and love for what he dose highly recommended

I have a 2 year old miniature dachshund who struggles with separation anxiety, and is quite reactive to other dogs. She had never been in a kennel before. I booked her in for 2 nights at Avey lane, and I was so nervous to begin with because I didnt know how she would react. Nicole was incredible, she settled our nerves and gave Lilah regular cuddles / sent us WhatsApp updates. She also supplied her with extra blankets and a bed. Lilah had time outside off lead in a fenced area as she isnt recall trained, and was separate from other dogs as she is reactive. Her kennel was also cleaned, and she had a heater on to keep her warm. Jack did the pick up handover and he was equally brilliant. We picked her up early, and it was no bother at all. I would definitely book her in again, as I would be confident that she is being well looked after, and her individual needs catered for. Thank you so much
