Had an emergency and called 2 companies and both companies let me down and showed poor customer service. I then got recommended to K-Tec Electrical who went above and beyond to accommodate my bad situation. Within 2 hours of my call i had a knock at my door and service was unbelievably good. Contact them and you'll experience what i mean. Thank you so much

I wish I could give less stars. He was all fine when he came and said that the recently fitted fuse box needed upgrading. So he upgraded it and done my EICR. The sockets throughout the house is not working and the light in the main bedroom has this weird thing where it is constantly on. He blamed it on an appliance, no new appliances has been fitted in this vacant house, or on a socket - that no power is going to? Then with the other sockets and lights he did not even check. I raised these issues shortly after he fitted in in December I had to wait 3 weeks for him to be available - of which my property manager has rented it. He was not helpful, didn't check the problems and now I have rented the house out with no electrics. I waited 3 weeks for him to come and fix it and he went home and left them with the faults. NEVER NEVER NEVER use this bloody cowboy! He took my money and when there was issues did not want to know and found every excuse not to help! Well that's 1800 I'm not getting back.. I guess he saw me coming.
