Would never consider using this company again. Came here to buy my first car after seeing it advertised online and was told there was nothing wrong with it. Suppose I was very naive but then again why wouldnt I have trusted them, I had read the reviews and they seemed reputable and trustworthy. Less than two weeks later the car broke down whilst I was driving on the a10, the hazards didnt work so other drivers didnt know Id broken down and the engine wouldnt restart. It was awful. Im not an experienced driver and know nothing about cars. After taking it to a mechanic i was told the car was not fit at all for use on the road, the water pump was completely worn out. I called the business owner Russell who was helpful enough at first, said he would come to have a look at it, he didnt explain anything clearly to me and took the car back, the next day i called to find out what was going on with my car, he kept repeating something about a part it might need which was optional and chargeable for 150, he kept repeating this and every time I tried to speak he was talking over me, I was extremely frustrated but was not rude or raise my voice once. I just wanted to know what was going on and asked him when I would get the car back and didnt get any straight answer again, he just said he couldnt give me back a broken car, I then said you sold me a broken car in the first place at which point he got very angry and began shouting at me and said Ive got the hump with you now and I can just take my money back, then hung up on me. I was shocked and he made me cry. I have a high-pressured job working for the nhs and would never speak to anyone like that. It was a horrible first experience of buying a car and if hed just taken time to explain things clearer maybe Id still have the car now. I havent got another car yet because Im scared about it going wrong again. They took the car back and refunded me but I paid for a years tax, the towing and the mechanic so Ive made a loss
