Woodcraft Shutters

My review seems to have been removed. Ordered 10 shutters. 8 were fitted beautifully. The 2 kitchen windows were left unfinished as a build out is required for both. Chris refused to finish the job, extremely rude and unprofessional. Thankfully I had paid via my credit card so I was covered. Be very cautious. I'm fully aware not everyone can be pleased but to take full payment on an unfinished job then refuse to finish it speaks volumes to me!!!! No reputable company demands payment in full on the day of fitment before completing!

Initial no obligation quote was great first set of shutters was great , but then due to covid there was a delay in fitting which is totally understandable , once the job was finally finished it was done to not a very good standard & using old damaged trims around the edges as a final touch ( telling me it was completed & wanted final payment) I explained to chris that I wasnt happy with the end result & before paying the final balance I would prefer him to come round & check the standard of fitting for me . Chris refused to come & check & said that he would come to check this until after I had paid in full. I obviously refused to pay the balance as was aware that it would be difficult to get them to come back & do the finishing touches , omg I have never ever been spoken to so rudely by any tradesman ever !!! He was shouting at me , swore at me said I was a ponce & was just trying not to pay( all previous jobs I have had done by this company I had happily paid in full promptly no problems ) BEWARE !!!!

STAY AWAY!! They don't deliver in time, they are not responsive and they are rude. They had initially told me it would take 8-10 weeks to complete the job, finally after 12 weeks they fixed an installation date. It's been a week passed the installation date and nothing has happened. They have also declined a refund.

Chris was very efficient and professional and gave a great quote. Shutters were fitted on time and his fitter Frank did a fantastic job. We are delighted with the shutter. Thank you

Chris and Jimmy were excellent from the start. I got a quote from several companies and had to settle for Chris. He was a professional and has so much knowledge of the industry you just know you are in good hands. Jimmy fitted ourshutters in and the work was flawless. Will be doing the remainder windows from them. Dont look anywere else, top service and top workmanship!
