Signing up with Jon was one of the best decisions I've taken in terms of improving my fitness. He isn't your normal PT - he's highly knowledgeable, with programmes that are thoroughly researched and tailored exactly to your requirements. He's taken the care to integrate strength training into my programmes to ensure sustainable, long terms gains to my fitness, and not just fulfil my desire to look better. He offers a far more holistic approach to personal training than I have experienced before, and he's also fun to work out with. I can't recommend Jon more highly, and if you want a PT who will make a difference, then look no further.

Working with Jon has literally been one of the best things I have decided to do. The knowledge and support Jon gives is second to none. He really does know his stuff. I have knee issues and not only will Jon remember to take this into account but he will recall what side of my knee I was struggling with from a few sessions a go. This type of care and attention gives me so much more comfort in knowing I am working with the right person. Not only have I become stronger and happier in myself but it gives me dedicated time just for me to work through what I have going on mentally. He even checks in when I'm having a rough time which has been priceless. Having the sessions also makes me accountable at times when my motivation isn't high and gives me that consistency that I've needed. Jon is now far more than a PT but a friend I look forward to seeing each week. If you are considering working with Jon definitely don't hesitate.

Jon has been my pt for a month now and I thought it was about time I wrote a review! Jon is my third pt and I have to say so far he has been the best. Previous personal trainers have either given me unrealistic goals and too high a workout regime or they have had me on the worst diet. Mostly sweet potato and rice. Food is a big thing for me being quite fussy and really just enjoying food. At the beginning Jon gave me a thorough consultation and went through any dietary requirements, likes and dislikes and came up with a personalised plan tailored to suit me. Not only has he given me the knowledge to plan portion sizes he has also equipped me with a great plan for working out how many carbs, proteins etc I need in each meal. I haven't had to cut out anything that I enjoy just limit the amount of unhealthy options I am choosing. I haven't found myself overly hungry or reaching for the snack cupboard. Part of the consultation was working out an exercise plan, Jon went through where I would be working out and what equipment/tools I already have. Due to covid I have had to work out at home mostly with walks and bike riding, which to be honest suits me best. I haven't had to go out and buy anything new, the exercises have been great there hard enough that I am working and sore but not an unrealistic amount of workouts that I can't keep up. My fitness level when I started was zero, I have noticed a massive difference in my strength and cardio in just four weeks. My breathing is great and I can really push myself that extra mile now and have even started bike riding (something I haven't done in over 10 years!). So far all this has been done remotely as Jon isn't local to myself but it has been fab he's always there at the end of an email or phone call and you can even have a zoom meeting with him if needed. God knows I must of sent him a million questions already! Always has the best advice for anything that I have asked and is very encouraging if you are having a wobble! The last thing I wanted to mention is Jon's online portal and Facebook group for members, you can access all your workouts and track your measurements on the portal (something I've never seen from a pt before). Super easy to access and use and it literally has all the info on there that you need to make changes for the better. The Facebook group is great you can chat with other clients who are in the same position as yourself, tons of information and sooo many healthy great tasting recipes!! In just four weeks I have lost 10lb and over 20 inches!! I just want to say a huge thank you to Jon for helping me on this journey!! I'm finally learning how to do this long term and not just to loose a few pounds!

I signed up for twice weekly PT sessions with Jon a month ago. My core aim is to get stronger (I have the upper body strength of a ten year old). Straight away Jon was committed to building and tailoring a programme that was suited to my lifestyle, exercise preferences and goals. I felt that he really put the effort in to ensuring I had a structured, easy-to-follow programme that will get me to where I want to be. In the four weeks since starting I have noticed so much improvement! Not only am I getting notably stronger but each session is fun and motivational, inspiring me to continue. Jon is really patient, friendly and funny, which makes me feel totally at ease. I can't recommend Jon highly enough, whatever your goals!

I find Jon very friendly and easy to talk too, he listens to what I say, he understands what I want to achieve and has set up some good programs for me to follow. Jon is very professional and knowledgeable, I highly recommend him.
