Company not open when website said it was. I drove 45 minutes to view vans. Gates padlocked and noone answering the phone. Have only had my call answered once in person. Mobile voicemail often full and unable to take messages. Does not respond to email correspondence either. Further to the company response.. Many thanks although we were not in lockdown 6 months ago so cannot see why it was appointment only at that point. Furthermore, your website did not indicate you were not open on the Saturday morning i came down.. Apologies you think my feedback was pointless and do note only positive feedback posted on your site.. Often lessons are learnt from all types of feedback as uncomfotable as it may be. The harsh facts are You did only answer the phone once on all the times i tried to calling. Your voicemail was normally full and unable to accept messages. And i emailed you twice in an attempt to contact you and make an appointment and you never responded... Until now... 6 months later which probably speaks volumes and says more about business etiquette than i can ever point out.

Me and my husband purchased a van from these , we sent a friend at the time to pick up for us , i paid by transfer with proof in my account , ftl have been helpful with communication to get this resolved. We are now in the process of getting our van back , great company and great service. Would highly recommend

I bought a van from FTL commercials and have been very happy with my decision. There were a couple of loose ends with the deal that Frank promised he would tie up and he did so true to his word. I recommend using this company and I will do so again. Thanks guys
