If you're lucky enough to be reading this then you are considering buying a car from Paul and the team at Paragon Motors. I will put your mind to rest and say this was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Having made the decision to drive 200 miles to look at an Audi A5 first impressions are everything. I wasn't disappointed and in the sleepy town of Wisbech the local dealership of 20 odd years is smart and clean and welcoming. A nice welcome from the reception team and the car was waiting outside for me to view. A no pressure approach and "go take a look around the car" was refreshing and after 10mins Paul was available to help answer questions and offer a test drive on our own or he was happy to come along. I opted to drive so signed some papers and off we went without fuss or hassle. The car was everything I wanted and was true to the advert. Any concerns regarding any paint issues /alloy wheels/tyres/warranty/cambelt/service/mot were quickly nullified with Paul committing to put right anything I mentioned or needed sorting in the next few weeks if I wanted to leave a small deposit. That was all I needed and committed to go back via public transport in 2 weeks time. True to his word the car was ready and Paul even drove to the local train station to pick me up. Everything had been addressed and I was even able to do the big reveal pulling off the cover to reveal the car which was a bit of fun. Paul had even gone as far as putting a bunch of flowers in the boot for my wife and to say thanks for buying a car from them. Its these small details which are lost nowadays and made us feel special and that we had found a gem of a dealership. So thank you once again to Paul and the team, it was a super experience, we love the and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends and family

A friendly family run company the boss Gary has over 40yrs experience always welcoming and polite. Reasonable prices. And helpful advice. Have now have new and fresh staff which are also help full friendly.
