A peaceful campsite and very well kept. We booked May bank holiday weekend and apart from the Saturday night, we had the campsite to ourselves. We arrived late on the Friday and the owner Dave couldnt be more helpful and even let us move pitch and provided us with a longer electric cable thank you. The campsite is beautifully maintained. Has a loo and shower, which was great for our friends who were camping. Very clean facilities and well attended. Dave provided us with a mini map of local shops and places to go weve never had this before when staying at a campsite and was a really nice touch and extremely helpful. There is nothing worse than trying to find a shop in an area you are unfamiliar with. We booked the campsite, as our friends were taking us to Bewilderwood, which was about a 20 minute (easy) drive away. The beach is also a 15 minute drive and a lovely long sandy beach. Kids had a ball both at the campsite and the places we visited. It was a perfect weekend and we will defiantly be back again.
