Couldn't be happier with our cleaner, Mandy - a beautiful soul who does a lovely job keeping our house squeaky clean. 5 stars for her!! As for Time For You - appreciate the business structure but not sure it feels the most honest way to do things. I think if you are in need of their services after matching you with a cleaner, i.e. providing replacements if your regular cleaner is off sick, on holiday etc, there is certainly value in the extra 3/hour. However, should you decide you don't need this service, it feels reasonable that you could cancel your contract with them or have this set at a minimum term of 6 months for example as a "match-making fee" and you can then be free to liaise with the cleaner privately should you choose after this period. Time for you have been a godsend. I arranged for my Mum to have a cleaner once a week for two hours at a time. Her cleaner Cathy is fantastic. Always reliable and does an excellent job. We cannot fault her. My Mum certainly would not manage without her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone thinking of getting a cleaner. You won't be disappointed. They are fantastic. Thank you.
